"service is absolutely terrible if you don’t speak Spanish, they ignore you, and then when they do talk to you it’s like you’re bothering them. I’ve come here about 3 times to “give them a chance” and nothing changes. Food is ok, gratuity is automatically charged no matter the size of the party. And once while there they BLASTED the music ear drum crushingly loud, other tables were complaining about it as well and not even any apologies about it"

"June 8, 2022, 11months ago I was there. Today I was there and the food was great and the service by Erica was great. What I found out very disturbing was that the 18% tip was included in the bill. The first bill given was the total for the food. I left cash tip of $23.00 for server who did an excellent job. I just called a few minutes when I got home and was told can't reverse tip but can give me the cash back. As a business owner it doesn't make sense. I will not be going back to restaurant. When they give you receipt they give you total but don't give you receipt back of what you spent unless you ask for it. I assumed when I requested receipt it would be ok but when I got in my car I noticed the 18% added. That means it is 36% tip. That is why I am given a 1 because of how sneaky they were. All customers much check price before leaving a tip and request original receipt. The food was good and the service as well. A little pricey for the food but can't complain when our server made sure we were enjoying our meal."
