"Excellent service from the moment our driver collected us at JFK arrivals for a drive into New Haven Conneticut. He had sent an sms text to advise of his arrival whilst we were still in baggage collection. Our vehicle was exactly as stated. Clean and very comfortable. Our driver was very friendly and helpful. Originally booked as a single journey - we added a return for the end of our trip based upon the first experience. We were contacted at least 1 hour prior to our collection time for the return to JFK to suggest we leave at a slightly earlier time due to potential traffic congestion problems on route too.Would definitely recommend and will use for our next visit."
