When our flight to Japan got totally messed up (because we misread the departure time), Ken reacted in 25 minutes and soon we were in a car and then on a plane. He is a miracle worker. And he was waiting for us the second we got home. Neignbors have used the service (previous non-believers in car service) and said they will NEVER drive themselves again."
