"Friendly, reliable service and great communication! Tony drove me and my son to JFK from Red Hook (Hudson Valley) and helped us with our bags in the snow and at curbside. He was on time, texted me when he was on his way, and delivered us with care. He drove a Mercedes SUV which was naturally extremely comfortable, quiet, and a smooth ride. Tony spoke with us as much or as little as we wanted and even shared a little trivia about an area as we passed through it, here and there. He was so kind and respectful to me and my special needs son who sometimes needs guidance staying on topic or being clearer during conversations. Tony was patient and understanding to the point that I let my guard down and actually fell asleep for a portion of the ride (we'd been picked up at 5am)! We'll definitely be using Tony's company again and highly recommend him as a driver and the company overall!"
