"This was the only service I was able to talk to a real person and not have to either download an app or book through website by creating an account. Also the only place that serviced Meriden. I was able to make a stop before my final destination. You need to tell the booker you are inserting a stop before you get dropped off. The taxi came within 5 min of calling. Clean car and easy to get in and out easily unlike those vans. Driver very courteous and waited for me to enter before driving off. If you want to talk to a human being, call them."

"Our family has been using this cab services for 3 years with no issues. When the young lady was working at this company everything runs smoothly. Again, I've only canceled one time in the 3 years we've patronized this company with that being said. We contacted the direct phone number spoke to a man to cancel 2 hours prior to pick up, we also sent a email prior to calling to cancel as well. We had a urgent emergency as this was explained. 2 hours prior is more than enough time to cancel our reservations. The man has no respect for people that serve there country, no respect for loyal customers. Do not patronize this business as this is not only my experience but many others."
