"Terrible service. Items missing from tampered package. No signature requested even though signature was required. Their only method of informing was a door bell. That is not proper verification. Package arrived in West Hartford a 10 minute drive, but the app stated package never left facility. The package didn't arrive until I called DHL customer service to inquire. Literally 10 minutes later, they left the expensive item in my door step. Incredibly unprofessional experience and unreliable. The package received was not shipped that way from the manufacturer. Nobody in their right mind would ship in such a crude manor. The company is looking into the missing items, but I will return the item as I cannot trust DHL with anything after this experience. There are several other shipping companies available. If anyone reading this review is in need of shipping and item, look elsewhere"

"I almost never write reviews on anything, this is certainly the first - but the mind-numbing level of seeming incompetence that has ensued leaves me no other choice. I have been twice told I failed to get a delivery because no one was home while I was waiting on my own couch, for the courier to make the drop off. The courier neither rang the door bell, nor knocked on the door. I received an unidentified phone call and when a minute later I went outside to check, there was never any courier there (I don't even know if they stopped at my house). I called back two minutes later and never received an answer (maybe this is by default). Customer Service was unsympathetic and border-line rude and dismissive. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've used DHL before and found it adequate, but this time...I cannot recommend ever using this service again."

"I have been waiting for my package this entire month. It was supposed to be delivered on the 5-6th then the 14th..then the 19 and 20th ...I mean come on what's up? It is literally 45 mins. Away from me since the 17th but still nothing. I have contacted you guys 9 times in the last 3 days. Each time promised new lies. Oh you'll get it by end of the day. Then next day the same thing. Then they opened a tracer and now I still have nothing over 24 hours with that tracer and nothing. Really weird thing they were trying to get me to not sign for my package? Why? I'm here all the time caring for my children....who these gifts are for....please please please don't let my kids wake up without gifts on Christmas.
