Ready to jump down your throat if you are referred there and arguing they don’t accept new patients in two years and every time you call you talk to somebody different that has no idea what is going on. No wonder they have no new patients in two years."

"Primary care at this location is unhelpful, inconsiderate and shows zero concern for their patients. Will make you wait months for an appointment and then cancel at the last minute."

"This place (UConn pedi dental) is a joke! Transferred here because my son has special needs and they are connected to the children’s hospital. Their care is subpar and every visit is “only” brushing his teeth such a waste of time. The drs / hygienist never listen to your concerns and just do what they want nor even try to help achieve what you want done for your child. Most recently came in for a routine cleaning to be told he can’t be seen due to hip surgery prior. I understand having precautions but how about NOT WAITING UNTIL THE APPOINTMENT to tell the family. A complete waste of a day from work and my child in school. Never again will I step foot im that building"

"DENTAL : Honestly the rudest recepionist!! i have been trying to get an appointment for my son reffered from their dentist....now i understand that the miscommunications between offices can be aggravating, but that has nothing to do with the client. off the rip the ladies tone is of fustration and just rudeness.mind you i am not bein rude or anything. this is second time , if you do not like your job. find a new one and let someone else provide excellent customer service. we have never been here and looks like we wont due to front desk staff. do better!"

"At least UConn Health is consistent in keeping their tradition of not being able to tell time and blatantly lying to their patients. I waited 15 minutes per the sign on the door before asking around, and spent at least 15 more minutes asking other departments and calling the main lines (not sure why they suggested that except to shut me up). Not sure how long the sign was up before I arrived obviously. "Sometimes they just close on Fridays, they don't tell us anything." I called yesterday to verify they'd be open today. Staff magically appeared after 35 minutes insisting she'd "just been gone for a moment." If she'd just apologized for losing track of time I wouldn't even care, but the blatant lying and inability of any department to speak to any other at any time ever even if they SHARE A FRONT COUNTER is an ongoing UConn tradition and I don't know why any of us are still putting up with it."
