"I love Dr. Jung she has treated my daughter since she was born back in 2019 and our experience with her has been amazing. The whole staff is welcoming as soon as you arrive. They did an amazing job during covid in separating their patients and keeping everyone safe. I have never had a problem getting my daughter in the same day when she is sick. I would definently recommend bringing your kids here it is a safe and caring place!"

"There is no online payment option, you have to call for payment also be careful for late fee they are starting to charge late fee for service. service was : no lab work, no written any prescription, no physical examination. just doctor mentioned use existing medication which we bought from Safeway pharmacy before visit this pediatric center. and bill charged $220 after my insurance covered I paid $96.15. no recommend"

"Dr. Jung and staff are amazing! They are always able to find a way to get you in when a child is sick and never make you feel rushed. You truly feel like you are the one patient there and they make sure all questions are answered and the staff is always on top of everything. They truly invest in their patients and know each family so well. There is never a long wait when waiting to be seen. We’ve been going for 6 years now and they just continue to provide amazing service that has us speechless."

"Our family had such a bad experience with this pediatrics. We chose this pediatrics because we thought they would be much more knowledgeable about Asian babies. Every time we had an appointment here, I felt like they were pinpointing on things we weren’t doing for our child. I always felt like they were judging my parenting, which made me hesitate to even ask a question. Also, there was a lack of communication, which caused me stress while going here. They would always ask me to make an appointment to come in for a simple question because they couldn’t transfer me to speak with one of the nurses or doctors. We also tried to communicate using my kid’s chart and they would not even respond sometimes. This pediatrics was not the right place for our family so we stopped going here after six months. We did love the nurses there but I would not recommend this place."

"My Kids Pediatrics deserves 10 stars!!! I’m so glad I finally found this amazing place and people for my kids. I have three kids and have been lived several different cities due to my husband’s job. We’ve met many good pediatrics but My Kids Pediatrics is far best. First of all, doctors and staff members are very kind and professional. Every time I visit the office, I feel they honestly care my children. I was amazed when I fist met doctors that they are so knowledgeable. They take more than enough time to check my kids and answer my question. I’ve never felt rushed. Nurses and staff members are very kind too. My 12 year old daughter loves all of them. One time, when I brought her in, the doctor called my cell to ask questions before she entered our room. She wanted to make sure my daughter does not here some sensitive questions. I deeply appreciate how thoughtful our doctors are. Two days ago, I brought my two year old daughter for her check up. The doctor was the same doctor when I brought her in for sick visit this summer. She is AMAZING. I can tell she genuinely loves kids. She answered all of my questions and blew away my worries. Second, easy to make appointment. The front desk staffs always try to accommodate my schedule. Sick visits are also convenient. When my baby was sick, they allowed me to bring her in right away. Third, their office is very clean and well organized. I never waited for nurses/doctors more than 2 min. I know they have a lot of patient but the office is always so calm. I love love love My Kids Pediatrics. This is the best pediatrics in D.C metro area."
