"The front desk staff are so rude! Especially Maryann and the office manager John! I really do like my doctor and don't want to leave, however I cannot deal with the rudeness from the front desk staff anymore. I'd rather go somewhere I am respected. I read a lot of the reviews and there are some mentioning the same thing I am about the front desk staff. Obviously no one seems to care, as their office manager possessed a way more rude behavior than them. No wonder they treat their patients bad, they have a manager who doesn't care!"

"We have a very long list of complaints, but the most recent was our experience with Dr. Scheer (who should not be practicing medicine) during a sick visit. It is true she left the practice soon after (moved to Florida), but unfortunately that does not fix the numerous other issues which we believe stem from incompetent management and a culture of arrogance. It is unfortunate as we have had good experiences with the nurses and Dr. Finn, but it is no longer enough to keep us in this practice."

"Love love this practice!! They have chanced a lot the last couple years with staff retiring, but everyone they have brought on is great. I feel comfortable with any member of the staff. Great place."

"After my daughter suffered from a concussion Yale pediatrics told me to follow up with Dr Sheer. When I called the nurse said Dr. Sheer didn't think it was necessary to be seen. After my daughter fell for ft head first into concrete? Then the nurse was upset because I called to much? I called once to force my way into an appointment for a neurological exam, and the second was to get a note for nursery school, and how the teacher should care for her. They did not give us a note, they told me and my husband to seek another pediatrician. I truly can't believe that negligence this practice has. I do not feel safe with my child being here, and I am pulling her out. Please look else where this place is horrible for children."

"Dr.Morgan is the best . He was the right choice I made almost 18 years ago when I was looking for a doctor. My son is almost 17 and has loved Dr.Morgan all these years . Through bumps and bruises and illnesses and head trauma he was the best decision for my sons doctor . Thank you Dr.Morgan for your dedication for my son throughout all these years. We love you !!
