"Went for neck pain that would extend into my shoulder was told i’m fine and it’s a strain. Went to a different ortho and was told my collar bone is sticking out on my painful side and that it’s dislocated… even if there is nothing to do for this, I was truly disappointed i wasn’t even evaluated better at ct ortho to find this. waste of money"
"Doctor was great, the only remark is the front desk could be better"
"Kristen and her team are experienced and well trained. They are energetic physiotherapists and friendly environment. PT sessions are well taken care."
"Very unfriendly front desk representative. Was told over the phone that I was all set in the system and was charged for the appointment through the online sign in link. When I arrived, she asked for my ID and insurance card and I explained that I had left it at my house. Instead of trying to compromise she insisted that I reschedule the appointment although she had scanned copies of both and I was 15 minutes early for my appointment so I also offered to drive back to my house quickly and she kept making it very clear she was not working there to serve patients. Very disappointed that my health and well-being had been further delayed."
"I hate to give such a low rating, but Dr. Sumner was terrible. He seemed annoyed to be seeing me and was very difficult to speak with. I went in trying to figure out a long time lower back issue and he was very dismissive. I guess since I'm a young, athletic guy who passed the mobility tests, I don't have a real problem in his eyes. I saw Dr. Mayor previously for elbow tendonitis and he was great. The physical therapist office was also great. Very supportive and easy to talk to. Dr. Sumner was the problem. Maybe he was having a bad day, but even on my follow-up appointment he was not much friendlier. Because of this I cancelled my 3rd appointment and my issue is pretty much not solved. Also, the office was not able to tell me what my per visit cost would be for PT. Because of this I was billed after 5 sessions at $75 per session! Ridiculous!"
