"Honestly if I could give this woman zero stars I would. I have been a patient of Milford pediatrics my whole life and I now bring my one year old son to the practice. Dr. Jeff and his father have always taken great care of me, my younger sister, and now my son. However this woman? awful. For someone who has been taking care of children for 30+ years, you would think she would have some compassion perhaps even a heart? but no. My sister was born in 2007 at Milford hospital under the care of Dr. Lockheart. As a premature baby she was having serious complications with her oxygen levels and other issues, my mom asked that she be sent to Yale as no one had answers and this doctor let an on call nurse have her own personal mental break down in the NICU, leading my sister to pretty much flat line. YEARS later, now 2022 my sister visited Milford pediatrics for a sick visit as her back has been killing her and she just wanted to know that she was okay. Dr. Lockheart completely dismissed the scenario and told my family that other issues can not be talked about during a sick visit because SHE DOESN'T HAVE TIME. I wish there was somewhere that we could report licensed professionals who clearly do not fully deserve their title. I am so sad that my sister was belittled and I am so disappointed with the lack of care she received."

"Dr. Lockhart was my sister's, brother's, my pediatrician and now she is my daughter's pediatrician. She is amazing and works well with children! So patient and very helpful. She became a part of the family over the years. My daughter is always excited to go to the doctor because of Milford Pediatric Group. Highly recommend."
