"I’ve been to this pediatric urgent care a few times now and they are always attentive and kind. My children have always been well taken care of at the Hopewell (route 52) location."
"Very upset with the service I received this past Tuesday. The doctor came in and he seemed incredibly inconvenienced and annoyed to even be speaking to me. I told him the issues my baby was having (congestion, eye discharge, upset tummy) and he looks at me and goes “what am I supposed to do about that”. I responded that I wasn’t sure I just wanted him to get checked out as I’m a new mom and my baby is acting incredibly sick and I wasn’t sure what to do. He says again “and what am I supposed to do” he takes a look at my baby’s eyes and ears and says he’s fine and that there’s nothing he can do. As soon as I go home my baby starts vomiting for the first time. Today I take him somewhere else and they were incredibly nice and he got diagnosed with an ear infection and a stomach bug. I got amoxicillin and some pedialyte and instructions on what to do. I’m so incredibly upset that I wasted my time coming here and so upset my baby could’ve been treated for an ear infection Tuesday and had to wait til today. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated after my appointment. I think I will only ever come back as a last resort. 2 stars because usually they are nice here but that was just ridiculous."
"I took my ASD son for a walk-in appointment because he had developed a bit of a sore throat followed by a runny nose (no fever) and I just wanted him to get a strep and Covid test to be safe. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and gave me the option of doing telehealth so we wouldn’t have a 2 hour wait. We went out and did the telehealth visit right from the car, still in the parking lot and the doctor was able to put in for an immediate appointment for this location just to get the testing done. Just a short time later we were confirmed for the tests and when we went inside there was a brief wait and only a couple of patients in the waiting area. Being that my son is on the spectrum he is very difficult about wearing masks, especially when his nose is running and he needs to use tissues. Well, the nurse (tall with medium blonde hair) called us in and proceeded to shame me for him not wearing a mask. (Again we weren’t in the facility for the telehealth visit and we had a brief holdover in the waiting area where a sign was prominently displayed saying that masks were OPTIONAL for patients.) Said nurse had a mask on. After she performed the tests I sent my son out to the car and I waited for the results of the rapid strep test. I saw the nurse go into the reception area and whisper to the gentleman, and it was clear that she was talking about us and the whole mask situation. I have to say that we have had great experiences here before, but this time was not one of them."
"I am grateful to have a place besides E.R. open this late to bring my child. My son has Autism and used to be terrified of doctors. Years ago, one of the female doctors there took the time to let my kid play with the stethoscope and otoscope and was very gentle with him and ever since then it is no longer a nightmare going to doctor. I have not seen that doctor there in a while, but ever since then he enjoys going to P.M. Pediatrics."
"We have gone here a handful of times, over the last few years, and we have always had a great experience!! The staff is great and always makes my young daughters feel comfortable. They talk to them appropriately and involve them in the visit. I feel they’re experienced and friendly too. During our recent visit in Dec. 2022, I found it very considerate that they took us in early to make sure my daughter could indeed be treated and didn’t need the ER instead. This way, we didn’t wait the unnecessary 2 hours. Yes, we waited longer than that to be examined, but I didn’t care - as long as my 3 year old daughter who hit her nose on the fireplace stone was examined, I didn’t care how long I waited! Thank you PM Pediatrics of Hopewell Junction for caring for my baby! I’m so grateful."
