"Kinda upset can an hour maybe a lil early was going to wait inside seeing I have my 1yr old with me and was told I couldn't n to wait in the car or come bk because my apt was the only time her dr can see her I didn't ask to be seen early just asked if we can wait inside... I was early because we came from the dentist just a little let down"

"This is the third location of Childrens Medical Group and may have actually been the worst. The others aren’t great but this one is the worst. We spent an hour and a half waiting to be seen for a sick appointment to the point we got up and walked out. As we were walking out, I stopped at the front desk to let them know it’s unacceptable to have a sick child wait for over an hour and we were leaving. The answer I got was “ok”. No I’m sorry. No updates whatsoever while we were in there waiting and now no answers to what’s wrong with my kid. I’ve given these offices enough chances and will be switching pediatricians immediately."

"I have been going here since I was a baby, because my parents brought me, but the past few times I’ve gone by choice, because the atmosphere is so kind compared to other places I've gone because I needed medical attention. This most recent time though, they needed to draw blood, and that’s why I’m writing this review. The first time I got my blood drawn was an absolutely terrible experience because I didn’t go to CMG. I thought that was how blood draws were gonna be for me, missing the vein, going right through them. So I go to this appointment right? And I meet Rhiannon, who is one of the friendliest nurses I’ve met. She’s talking to me about my past experience, and so she gets everything prepped, water, juice, a snack, a garbage can, and she lays me down. She asks me questions so I can talk to distract me, and I feel the needle go in, but I ignore it because I’m expecting there to be a problem. So she asks me another question, I answered it, but I started getting a little bit light headed, so I ask, did you actually get it ij the vein? And she goes, yup, first try, and we’re actually almost done! Because she’s just that good. Now, I wanted to make her the person I go to when I get my blood drawn, but very sadly she’s moving to California, so I’m contemplating flying to Cali every time I need my blood drawn lololol. Thank you so much Rhiannon, you give me hope that my future of blood draws won’t be so terrible, and thank you for expertise and your excellent patient care. "

"Our son has been going to CMG since he was an infant and we are very happy with the Hopewell Junction office. He primarily sees Dr. Dalwadi who is always so attentive, listens to our needs and personally returns calls same day which is always appreciated! We are thankful to have found her! We also have seen Dr. Verna who is very nice and helpful as well! Highly recommend both doctors!"

"The receptionist at the front desk are awesome waiting area is always clean the nurse are always ready for you and the doctors are understanding. Everyone is very professional. What I love the most is they take time to understand you. I have five daughters ages from 18 to 2 and I recommend this clinic to friends and family."
