"Called the office multiple times to see if a referral was faxed in from my PCP so I could make an appointment that fit my work schedule. Was told no each time, called my PCP who now has a stack of transmission reports stating that the fax went through. Dr. Domenichini, I would like to see you as you were my late father’s Endocrinologist. I would much rather see someone who knows my family’s history than pay for an additional copy of his death certificate and pull his records!"

"If I could give a zero I would. First the doctor does not like to fill out forms for your work. They refused to file the last form for my work so I could continue to telework during the COVID. I was forced to go work in the office when I had the benefit to telework if that form was completed. Today I called the office to follow up why my insurance form I provided them back in December was not completed and sent to my insurance. My insurance also faxed them in December the same form and they told me they didn’t receive it. In going back and forth they had the nerve to say I was mistreating staff. Then the try to throw the blame on me it was my responsibility if I didn’t contact them. I again told them in December I brought the document & Ins faxed them doc & here I am again telling them they need to complete the form per MY INSURACE INSTRUCTION. They didn’t even want Ins phone number if they has any questions. DOES ANYONE HAVE A BETTER DOCTOR?"

"Absolute waste of time. Incapable of seeing a first appointment on time with the APRN. The receptionist response was it's 910 it was 915, and her response to would you be able to make your 900 flight at 915 she said, this is not a plane. They clearly have no respect for anyone else's time."

"Jen was amazing. She listened to me and showed that she genuinely cared about my gestational diabetes. Jen went over my test results in terms that I can understand. She made me feel confident on how I was handling the transition, encouraged me and gave advice. The whole staff treated me with respect and individuality since I walked in.
