If you're looking for special gifts, Kelly's Wings has an ecclectic mix of items from inspirational mugs and art, to specailty teas, baskets, balms and jewelry...plus so much more. In addition to Kellys Wings gifts, Kim has incorporated so many pieces of wellness in this studio. This studio invites people in to explore and experience. From book talks to holistic events, creative arts to workshops -Love Your Mental Health invites members of the community to partake and share. "Love Your Mental Health Studio (along with Kelly’s Wings Gift Shop)is a gem in the cozy town of Chester CT. After just attending a wonderful rejuvenating workshop to start Spring right I couldn't wait to explore the store downstairs. I glanced when walking in and couldn't wait to get to explore the gift store that has such unique items from something you would definitely want for yourself and tons of gifts to give anyone, it makes it hard to decide. One-of-a-kind gifts you can explore and explore and each time you look you see something new. New inventory always changing make it so much fun to see what may be new in next time I stop by. The workshop was great, hosted upstairs in a perfect space of serenity and the host owner Kim Pita was so welcoming and warm. Perfect host and owner she stresses selling special items to keep out of the land fills. You will know her by her laugh as it is infectious. I would highly recommend taking the time to explore this gem of Chester center and I look forward to my next visit or new workshop they may offer."

"I recently attended a craft event at Love Your Mental Health in Chester, a wellness center run by Kim Sirois Pita. Our group of 16 ladies were delighted with the many varied items in the shop downstairs called Kelly’s Wings. No one left empty handed. Like jewelry? Books? Cute household decor? Homemade soap or lotion? Notepads with inspirational messages? It’s all there, all displayed to entice and marketed to bring joy. Upstairs is where the work of healing, and self care takes place. Cozy and inviting, the setting is welcoming and relaxing. Our group shared laughter, made bath bombs to soak away our tension and just generally had a wonderful time. Thank you Kim and Maggie! "From the street, the shop seems too small to have much, BUT when you go in you'll see that the owner Kim has a real skill at curating unique treasures, one of a kind gifts, local balms, soaps, and oils, as well as jewelry at really good prices. Everything is displayed beautifully, and they have fun workshops to focus on improving your health and wellbeing. I've had the privilege of teaching in this facility too -- the workshop space is inviting, intimate with natural light. The vibe of the place is all about positivity around your mental wellness and everyone is welcome. Plus Chester is so cool!"
