"Dr Frost sent me a letter that she would no longer see my children. I called to find out why and she would not address what her problem was. After some persistence, I found out a nurse told her I was being rude when I had called about my baby girl being very sick and this nurse was very dismissive and rude. I had seen Dr Harris there before here and never had a problem with anyone. After my children's entire care since birth, they were dismissed like they didn't matter over one misunderstanding. Not very caring or dedicated. Would not give the courtesy to treat my children better, left them with no doctor or real explanation."
"Dr. Holly Frost is amazing!!!! She is extremely knowledgeable regarding current illnesses along with those that you may not see regularly. She has been our pediatrician for 10+ years. She is very honest, she listens and medication may not always be the cure and i love that about her. She makes sure the child is comfortable and if they are not she does her best to get the job done effectively."
