"I am acutally just writing this review since a very good friend of mine called your office on 8/11/23 and was not helped at all by the receptionist on the phone. I get it that you're busy and overwhelmed, but don't tell someone that you won't give them an appt. They have a referral from DR COCHRAN in Wilton, CT. The patient has the referral and it was also sent via fax to your office on 8/11/23. You need to just tell the person calling on the phone when you can get an appt. Please tell me why would you hang up the phone without getting the appointment made. It does not make any sense."

"My physical therapist was awesome. She showed me how to use kinetic tape on myself and now I'm mostly healed. There was one male assistant though who kept giving me the wrong clamps to work with over and over which was very difficult. Even after I had told him which clamps I worked with which was annoying. But I'm better now, so overall my experience at motion has been positive."
