Reviews
"the staff at the sleep center is great. Lisa and Ivy are always friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The sleep center is always clean and they are always welcoming."
"Staff is well informed and responsive. They advocate for patients. Lab is quiet and inviting. They even have a Keurig machine."
"I highly recommend the Norwich Sleep Center. They went above and beyond to get my husband in for his first sleep study as quick as possible and again for his second study and coordinated with all parties all along the way so that I wouldn't have to worry about any of it. Their Staff, which includes Lisa, are amazing and so kind. If you are looking for a Sleep Study and don't know where to start......Start with the Norwich Sleep Center LLC!"
"Been getting a runaround for about 9 months. They take my insurance but the doctors keep rejecting my doctor's referral to have me evaluated. I am a 61 year old with obesity and a recent heart operation. What possible excuse could they have to keep rejecting me? To top it off I have a CDL driver's license that requires a CPAP machine monitored regularly in order to pass the DOT physical. Apparently they care about none of this. My requests to speak with the rejecting physician have been denied. They ARE taking new patients "on a case by case basis". I give up. I will be forced to drive to New London every time to a place that I can actually be seen. Of course this is scheduled 5 months from now."
"If you value your time (and your health), find another sleep center. It will take me more than 6 months from setting up my first appointment to actually getting my sleep machine. From the day I called to set up a the first appointment with the doctor to the actual appointment - 6 weeks; then the doctor was sick on the day of my appointment and I had to wait 6 more weeks to see her; then another 6 weeks until my appointment to do the study; then another 6 weeks before I could see the doctor who evaluated the study; and finally (WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?) another 6 weeks to be fitted with a machine for sleep apnea. On top of it, the doctor who evaluated me told me I snored a lot -- my husband says I snore very, very rarely, practically never, which, of course makes me wonder if their assessment is even legitimate. Find a different sleep center that is efficient and knows what it is doing."
