"I would give a ZERO if I could. I brought my son who was crying with ear pain and was told we aren't accepting walk ins, we are full until close. And then told me to go to the nearest ER which was completely overflowing and would take hours. So, instead of trying to help a little boy in pain, he was dismissed. This is NOT what a facility that should be helping people should act. Completely unacceptable."

"Very fast,easy visit.The APRN was great ,as were the office people,and assistant who helped me.Im feeling much better after weeks of being sick,and my bronchitis is going away,cough has stopped,no more congestion,and my tooth abscess has also gone way down.Great place! I highly recommend!Very nice helpful people (I should say I had tried a number of other places,and either they had no Drs or qualified people,or they refused my insurance! I was really at my wits end when a friend said this Urgent Care could help me and thanks to them I'm getting better! Five stars!"

"From the time I walked in the door I was impressed with the staff. The lady at the front desk was friendly and smiling, despite being late in the day and a waiting room full of people. I was seen surprising fast despite being a "walk-in" with no appointment. The people who saw me in the patient room were also very nice and competent. I applaud their positive attitudes in such a hard job."

Your people called ahead and told them I was on my way. I ended up having two blood clots in my leg. I was transferred to hartford hospital and was taken care of . My stay there was very pleasant, I was there for five days. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them 1000000."
