"IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER THEY HAVE THE GREAT TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO HELP YOU. ITS A GREAT ORGANIZATION TO HELP YOU WITH MENTAL HEALTH, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND ALSO IF YOU STRUGGLE WITH ANY SUBSTANCE ABUSE THEY CAN HELP YOU WITH THAT AS WELL. I ALWAYS REFER AND RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO GO THEIR NO MATTER WHAT THEIR ISSUES ARE."
"This place is a money grab for the court system. Nothing more. I was evaluated for an hour. The counselor said she saw no reason for me to go to anger management. Called her supervisor I have yet to meet, she said I had to because of a police report . I am not guilty of a thing. Had to do this to please the court to get a Nolly. Now I have to go to counseling for months. They need the money. Garbage. There’s no help here. How do you help somebody that doesn’t need any help? The lady that said I need to go isn’t even around to talk to Why did I waste an hour of work time just to be told this? This place is NOT TO HELP FOLKS it’s there for the money score from court. Nothing more Unbelievable This is our system Again. I have not been convicted on this. I haven’t spoke to a judge and it’s all on a faulty police report that even THEY said had a discrepancy in it STAY AWAY"
"This place is a joke. Went from televisits back to in person and didn't tell me so I missed an appointment, scheduled a new appointment and drove over an hour. I was 10 minutes late and my appointment apparently went to someone else and was then told I need a new appointment that I could just do over the phone.... um hello if that was the case why did I just lose my past 2 appointments. Called at my scheduled appointment time and was told the therapist would call me back, never heard a word. That was 5 days ago. I have been out of meds for 5 days, they said the aprn can't fill them till I talk to the therapist who I can't get ahold of. I was just told by the receptionist that I should go somewhere else if I can get an appointment. Excuse me what?? I have been going to you guys for like 5 years. Closing the middletown office was a huge mistake, seems like all the people that were at middletown were the only ones that actually cared for there patients. Norwich is a complete waste of time with people who don't even care that you are out of meds some of which should NOT be stopped cold. Dont waste your time with this place unless you want to end up out of meds having a panic attack freaking out trying to find a place that actually cares about their patients."
"Absolutely terrible. I have met decent people there but the place is wrought with bad policy. I’ve never had so many issues ever with a prescriber. They will flat out deny you medication & tell you to go to the emergency room for a refill until they figure something out. It’s so asinine. The state of CT REALLY needs to fully investigate their practices & procedures. Certain mental disorders without proper medication can be potentially dangerous for people, themselves & the public. The Connection doesn’t take mental health seriously enough to be in business."
