"The doctors and medical staff here are wonderful. My issue is with the rude woman that answers the phone. Very short and rude. Zero cordiality. This woman has no business working with the public. Hopefully she will be spoken to and taught better customer service. In a place of healing, morale is important and this woman's demeanor is borderline hostile. As soon as she answers the phone you are made to feel as though you have called the wrong place and are a real inconvenience to her. If she hadn't barked (north stonington walk in) into the phone I would've been sure I had the wrong number. Please remedy this. And to the curmudgeon in question, I truly hope you have a better day/life, whatever it is you need to beneficially adjust that horrible attitude of yours."

"If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Elizabeth Ferland, APRN has got to be the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in the health profession. Not only was my husband there 20 minutes before they closed, but he was told he would not be able to be seen due to the fact that the Covid test he would need to take to enter the building would take 20 minutes and they were not staying even five minutes late. He asked if it was possible to be prescribed antibiotics without being seen, something Elizabeth Ferland has done for him in the past, and was told he could not be helped and to stop calling the office. If I had not witnessed and heard the phone call I would not have believed it. I have always been under the impression that people enter the healthcare field to help individuals, not the case at the North Stonington walk in medical center."

"I’ve had two COVID rapid (antigen) tests here in the last month. Both were complete in under an hour, from MD interview to results. You can request a PCR test at the same time. The tech (C - you know who you are) is cheerful and helpful. NOTE: the on line scheduling is great, but you’ll need a smart phone. Read and follow instructions for each step, especially your first time. You will get a call about 20 minutes before your appointment to confirm your info and test requirement. Then, an MD on-line interview about 10 minutes before your appointment. That could create a time crunch, so I usually drive there, take the call in the car, and wait for the MD on-line in their upper parking lot where the cell reception is better. It was sometimes still hard to hear , but the Doc was very patient."
