"After experiencing what it is like only being someone’s ride to and from procedure, it is highly unlikely I would ever use the facility. If you choose to transport someone- be aware that you will have no waiting area- find something else to do at 6:45a.Karen at the front desk threw me out( yes a policy enforced cement is all about delivery)- that “waiting” area is considered visiting a patient apparently, and the policy is no patient visitors. This is not 2020. Karen, I guess you can take all the other signs down about not being able to accommodate shutting off the tv, changing the channel, or turning it down. Pointing to the door and letting me know it’s been the policy for a few years was kind, I mean I do not frequent the facility, but good to know. No idea when the actual procedure was scheduled for, only check in. Joe, are you still the manager that wants people to call your cell phone? Choose a hospital site please. Be able to observe your loved one and the care they receive prior to being sent on their way-they have received anesthesia. Sigh I haven’t given much thought to hearing the phrase “post covid services,” but I am beginning to understand. I have no other experience with the place to compare today to, but do know that getting an appointment was challenging. Update-I guess one sign lacking at this facility, on this warm 19 degree day, is the one prohibiting smoking or vaping. Since a staff member in scrubs just did a great impression of a concert fog machine with three quick draws of a vape device before walking in. Trying to find some humor here, but it doesn’t instill a sense of confidence and makes me question the quality of care that is taking place in the building. I am certainly hoping for the best."

"Very friendly staff at the front along with excellent nurse who put my IV in first shot to the anesthesiologist to Dr Sang. Everyone was wonderful and all service was on time."

"Something that gave me great concern was made very smooth and bearable by the entire staff— Reception, all the Nurses and the Doctors themselves. I was told exactly how it was going to go, and that put me at ease immediately. For a first-time visitor like myself, that was huge. Things went as planned and all is well. Highly Recommended!!"
