"Read to the end- The facility and the care I received was amazing, the staff was super kind and gave me so much resource to help with a difficult time.. I gave 4 stars only due to a billing issue, EVERYONE please double check your insurance claims to confirm what they paid for you. My insurance back on April 20th reprocessed my $1,603 and says I only owe $203.44 (called and confirmed that today with a representative) BUT got a statement from said planned parenthood on 8-21 saying I owe $1,603 and my insurance covered nothing. DOUBLE CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE BEFORE BLINDLY PAYING."

"Absolutely great experience compared to other planned parenthood’s. They’re gentle, kind, and supportive. Also a plus that they’re in a discreet location. The wait was long but so is any other place during covid. Most comfortable obgyn appt I have ever had. Your staff deserves the recognition!"

"I have had a tumor on my ovary since March of this year. I have called planned parenthood around 12 times trying to make an appointment to get myself looked at. They did schedule an appointment for me but the entire hour I was there they didn’t look at me once, said they were waiting for records. I have called several times since then and every time they assure me that a clinician will call me the same day. Yet the clinician never calls. They’ve done this to me 4 different times. Where they claim someone will finally call me to schedule an actual appointment, they even have me tell them a time that is good to call then never call me. I feel as though is is incredibly unprofessional and that they aren’t actually that serious about treating me and giving me the services I need."

"I've been coming here for 8 years and have never been disappointed. Unlike any private OBGYN office, you can get an appointment made within a week, if not next day. The staff is extremely friendly and always provides awesome service. I had an IUD placed yesterday that I had a painful and systemic reaction to, and they were with me every step of the way to ensure I was as safe and confortable as possible. They seriously went above and beyond for me, and I've never received the same sort of compassion and care at any other sort of health care office. 100% recommend."
