"I injured my back and both knees where I was referred to Select Physical Therapy in Bridgeport. At first I was very reluctant to say the least. However, on my first day and with all my other sessions, I am always welcomed by a helpful kind gentleman named Nicholas. My physical therapist's Swetta, Francesca, and Bill are phenomenal. I can not fully express how grateful for all of them. I remember I said "No" and refused to do a trunk rotation during one of my sessions due to fear and pain. Not only did Swetta educate me on the importance for these exercises, but she did not allow me to give up. She even reminded me that I am 38 years young and needed to keep pushing through. I thank her for that extra push because every single day I push myself to continue the exercises. Francesca is the most sweetest, she is so comforting and always try to find a way for me to stay comfortable during my sessions. Last but not least, Bill, he always finds a way to accommodate my sessions. I remember it was raining and my back was in excruciating pain ( I honestly was over physical therapy before it began that day), but Bill made adjustments to my exercise where I did not exacerbate more pain and made my sessions more pleasant. On day one I couldn't even do 3 repetitions for certain exercises. By week 3, I was able to do 20 repetitions on my exercises. That is huge for an injury to the back and both knees. Each and every day I am getting stronger and better and I thank Select Physical Therapy for that! I will give another update once I achieve my goals and complete my Physical Therapy."

"My doctor referred me over to this therapy location to help treat some hip/back pain. I completed I believe roughly 6-7 weeks of physical therapy. I loved both ladies that I saw. Both of them very nice and polite. Knowledgeable. I spoke with both about my concerns or updates regarding any medical tests performed during the time I saw them, both provided me with the best honest opinion they could offer. I now have tailored stretches and exercises for my condition to help alleviate pain. The scheduling is very flexible. I’d recommend this office to anybody in the vicinity."
