"Extremely incompetent and inaccurate billing. You will get no respite from any inquiries or complaints. They will bill you incorrect amounts, and you will simply have to pay or they will send your balance to collections. They will not answer your calls, they will not reply to official complaints. I have a complaint in with the Better Business Bureau against them right now, and even the BBB says I am likely out of luck as they have a D- rating in Connecticut. Save your blood pressure, find another doctor network. And now, over a year after the service date, I am still receiving conflicting billing statements from them, I owe a balance, they owe refund they cannot get it together, and I even spent an hour and 45 minutes on hold with them because they didn’t even understand their own letter, they even asked me to take a picture and send them a copy of their own letter to me! Funny if it weren’t so pathetic."
