"I’ve been going here for 20 years and it’s the best care I’ve ever received. Dr. Watts has been amazing and everyone else I’ve ever seen has been lovely, helpful, and caring. All the staff is great. Hyacinth at the front is a sweetheart."

"This used to be an amazing practice. Dr. Nesbitt must be rolling over in her grave. All of the good PA's and Doctor's have left. There is nothing left of Women's Care Medical Center. Now it's all just about Pro Health. I've called weeks and weeks in a row to get a follow-up and some guidance after going to walk-in's and ER's. They are no help at all. Apparently, they are supposed to be calling me after they are notified that I've been to an urgent care facility to check up and see how I am. That has not happened once. As soon as I can get switched over to another facility, I will leave after 20 years. It's such a scar to Dr. Nesbitt's legacy and practice name."

"I called today in hopes to find a new GP. On their own site it says they are accepting new patients, save one GP. They aren't and must be tired of telling people that because I was interrupted before I could finish my sentence and hung up on as soon as I said "okay.""

"My pharmacy contacted women care via fax about my prescription which was suppose to refill today 2/16/19. No one contacted my pharmacy so the pharmacy contacted me directly to call the dr myself. I call the nurse tells me I'm all set. She stated if it was an issue she would call me back. Today I call the pharmacy to pick up and was told the never received anything from the dr. I called the office which was closed and the on call dr states she cant help me... I have to wait till Monday?? This place is so unprofessional and I will be looking for a new primary care now that Mia Williams is gone. I should've looked for another dr right after she left. Staff is uncaring and unpleasant. I will be sending a letter to Pro health care."
