"People that work here dont care about you. Showed up a half hour before they close and they had no one there and told me they cant see me. Used all my energy to get there now im stuck in there damn parking lot. Too sick to drive. These people should be fired"
"Garbage staff. Fake medical care. Do not use. The nurse is the nastiest health care worker I have ever met. Urgent care in Groton has REAL doctors on staff. The chic at minute clinic is a quack."
"Had a very positive experience my very first time visiting a minute clinic. I was seen very quickly and the NP, Katy, was very caring and sympathetic towards my situation. Who knew how bad an ingrown hair from waxing could get! She prescribed antibiotics and I was on my way. Such a quick and easy alternative to an ER. I would 100% recommend!"
"Minute clinic is a scam, they almost charge me $190 to say I needed to go to the ER. The nurse was nice enough to tell me this and not charge me, but all I wanted was antibiotics for my strep throat. Don’t waist your time or money here."
"I've gone here a few times out of desperation and each time, the nurse refuses to treat and instead, refers me to the ER. Happened again last week. She insisted I needed a CXR and no one would treat me without one. Went to Pequot. The staff at the ER was frustrated, unable to understand why the nurse didn't just treat me. They didn't even see a need for an xray. They had the same reaction the previous time this same nurse referred me as well. Not gonna bother with this minute clinic anymore."
