"I was seen immediately upon arrival. I was informed about each test and what they were testing for. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Reasoner who was very professional and informative. I know that the doctors in this office are very busy,but Dr. Reasoner was very courteous and took the time to explain the results of my exam."

"The waiting was the longest and I did not appreciate waiting that long. It was almost an hour before I got to see the eye doctor. Once I was in however it was a great experience I would say it's a five plus. I had Doctor Reasoner. I am so glad that I had him he made the experience truly worthwhile, and truly listened to me. Thank you for making the visit a good one."

"This office is clean, and the people are so nice. The wait times are a bit rough, especially since my son is the one who’s the patient and he’s under 2 but, they make it worthwhile with the positive attitudes. Would recommend for sure!"

"Overall I had a good experience. I had my concerns and questions addressed, wait times weren’t extreme, and generally everyone was helpful and friendly. However, I had previously seen a different specialist and wanted to ensure I wasn’t having my eyes dilated or having tests performed if not necessary based on the prior visit notes. Someone came in to take my eye pressure, and that person was fairly rude and antagonistic, not treating me as a paying customer and taking a hard line on “company policy” with a poor bedside manner. It could’ve been communicated much differently, and later was by the doctor, but the other interaction left me quite agitated."
