"Ms. Krasinski is a great psychiatrist and makes you feel comfortable talking to her but everything surrounding the appointments themselves can be a mess. There has been no short list of issues about trying to contact her/her office since I began seeing her. The pharmacy I've used for years stopped taking her scripts which I don't know why that happened and probably never will. Appointments can be cancelled day of with minimal prior notice. Trying to reschedule those appointments is an even bigger headache than the initial scheduling process. All in all, I feel bad saying that I don't recommend contacting (or trying to contact) Ms. Krasinski for your needs but it will be easier for all involved if you don't. 2024 edit: It has become much easier to contact Ms. Krasinski online since my initial review, still do not try by phone though"

"First and foremost, it's impossible to contact Vanessa, as repeatedly stated in other reviews here. Vanessa can be helpful in her analytical approach, but she's stubborn in her allotance of certain prescriptions, even when dealing with an adult with no history of medicinal abuse whose received those particular meds with prior psychiatrists for many years in the past. This is very limiting when a patient is trying to counter a chemical imbalance. Haven't heard from her in months and it's probably for the best."

"Don't dare express frustration on why it takes 3 weeks for an urgent call to be returned or they will drop you as a patient. I did say cancel my upcoming appointment because i had a conflict in my schedule. After that i wasnt able to schedule an appointment ever again! Couldn't even speak to someone to ask why! Imagine, in todays world a psychiatrist abruptly stopping your care because you expressed frustration to the secretary! Apparently, Dr Krasinski doesn't have anyone else handling her urgent cares when she's not available! They NEVER answer the phone! Nevermind their screening process. They pick and choose who they want as a patient."
