"Dr. Kapur and his staff scheduled me to have my injections for my back pain on December 5th. On December 4th when I call to get my time to go in for my shots I find out the it was never scheduled. Now I have to wait another week to get the shot and deal with pain that at is a 9 or better when I move. Even sitting down in a recliner my pain level is a 4 to 5.. This is unacceptable. Dr. Kapur is very good, love his receptionist she is very helpful, med tech not so much per the above."
