"Very poor customer service. Needed a simple package of vacuum cleaner bags for my central vac system. Was told it would take 2 days to get them. Went to get them 3 days later, only to be told, oops they wouldn't be in until Thursday and they would call me - no call as of Friday morning. I called them again and they said they would call me back immediately after tracking the package. You guessed it - no call. When I again called on Sunday (1 week from the day, I first tried to get bags), I was told maybe Tuesday. AWFUL"
