"This office is a mixed bag. I've had a pleasant experience with the providers and medical assistants. However, the receptionists at check in should not work in a customer facing environment. They have zero interpersonal skills. Also, HHC PB front-end staff needs a refresher on pre-registration and secondary insurances."
