"Janet, new patient coordinator, doesn't answer the phone called for a month several times a day, calls back days later, apparently the practice is avoiding new patients and putting our health at risk. Did make contact, started in Dec, finally spoke to Janet a month later. Calling daily, incredible bad luck .. apparently."
