"After an hour of waiting my disabled mother was told that her appointment was moved to another location (she should have received a courtesy call before hand). She took the bus to her appointment and they wanted her to go to the other location and she couldn't. This was very frustrating to hear knowing that my mom could barely walk. She has been waiting on meds for about 3 days now. The pharmacy has faxed the doctors and there has been no response. My mom even called the doctor office. I am highly disappointed. You guys need to do better."
