"I had answered an email about renewing my medical certification. I opened the email with the intension of reading it but was quickly directed to renew at a discount. I was given plenty of time to answer questions and provide documents with no pressure. Once i had finished and hit enter I got and email that a rep would be right with me and in the meantime i was informed the the rep was reviewing my application to renew. within minutes we had a very short counsel and I was approved. The person i was talking with was very polite and encouraging also took care of all paperwork and state input forms. In thirty minutes or less I was recertified and I saved fifty dollars. TANK YOU"

"They advertise that they can help you get your medical records but really all they do is offer you the form…which we can get on our own. So if you are looking for a new doctor because you can’t get a hold of your old one don’t come here because they can’t qualify you either. Unless you can obtain your own records."
