"Vernon office told me I had to go into the office to get my birth control refilled. Went to the Hartford location and the doctor told me I didn't have to come in for that, so both our time was wasted and I had unnecessary exposure to COVID. I had asked for a telehealth call and was told no. Big thumbs down. Im finding a new doctor so I dont have to deal with this nonsense."

"I am very happy with my visit today for my anatomy scan. The ultrasound technician was absolutely phenomenal. She would not give up until my baby was in the right position. She was very patient and nice. The office is very clean and welcoming."

"I do love this practice and have been here since I was a teenager. The front desk staff are great! But recently, I do think that they jostle me around a lot between providers. If you are pregnant, do not expect to see the same OB, nurse, midwife, etc. Do not expect to feel at home here due to the constant new faces. Besides never seeing the same doctor consistently, the practice is a great place for your regular OBGYN visits if you don't care for a close relationship with your doctor."
