"Just got off the phone with a not so nice receptionist. I call the Office to help someone echn office turned away because they said the patient doesn’t speak English so they will not be able to help the individual but the patient speaks clear English, but even if she did not speak English how does this office not have a translation line like every other office, like at least have a heart to point them in the right direction do just turn them away with nothing but we cannot help you. Just crazy please do better."
