"Before I went to Buckland Hills Dental I had a HUGE fear of going to the dentist, avoided it at all costs. I could not have had a better experience or a better dental hygienist (someone give her a raise pronto). Everyone here was so unbelievably sweet and professional. I felt very cared for and trusted the staff immensely thanks to their vast knowledge and warm disposition. No one made me feel bad for being scared. Thanks to their help, I have another appointment in six months and zero fear of going back! Thank you guys!!!"

"Think twice before becoming a patient. Cancellation fee is $50 with no exceptions if you didn’t give a notice 24 hours ahead. Children do get sick without 24 hour notice. So in my opinion pediatric practice should not be so strict with the fees, especially if you rescheduled your missed appointment at 8 am. I do know all the insides of dental practice as my mom is a pediatric dentist and dad is an orthopedic (unfortunately they’re not in the USA), moreover I graduated as a dentist in Eastern Europe and I know all the responsibilities and hard work being a doctor. There’re plenty offices with great reviews that don’t have cancellation fees."

"Went in for a cleaning. The attendant was extremely good. Very nice and conversational. I felt like she really cared and provide great dental care advice. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and took her time to make sure it was done throughly. A GREAT VISIT!"
