"Basically, I love this place! And until recently I thought it was pretty much the perfect medical facility. The only problem now is that they dropped the ability to ask questions to your doc through the website. That was such a good feature, and it kept patient information private between doc and patient. So, recently this system was changed so that you have to leave a message through their office staff, ask the doc, and then a member of staff gets back to you. This is so inefficient plus I must say I don't like having to talk to office staff about my personal medical info. That should be between doc and patient. I still love the docs and their really great office staff, but I do wish they would change this particular policy. Update: thank you to collaborative natural health for responding to this review!
