"The sign said they were closed on weekends effective November 28th. This should have been the last weekend they are open but no one was there. Being the ONLY clinic in town this is extremely stressful and frustrating. I'm going to have to contact their corporate to get clarification on why they are shutting down a vital resource for the town."
"Visited Minute Clinic after being misdiagnosed by an urgent care and the APRN I was cared by for was wonderful. Time is always a bit of an issue there, a long-ish wait, but it was definitely worth it. She gave me the time of day and genuinely cared. I recommend."
"It was suggested by my friend who is a dietician that I go to the CVS MinuteClinic to see if they could prescribe or do anything for my gout attack in my foot that I'd been suffering for around 2 weeks. Since the pain became excruciatingly worse over the weekend, I was very fortunate that the MinuteClinic was available or open on Sunday. I used the online MinuteClinic system to schedule an appointment. When I got there, I did not have to wait much time at all (maybe because it being Sunday and recent heavy thunderstorms with washed out road conditions). LT was very professional in evaluating my condition and prescribed what I needed to reduce the swelling in my foot."
"My wife and I booked appointments for our heart screenings on a Friday evening. In the afternoon, I received a call asking for confirmation about the appointment. The lady asked me if we were fasting and told us that such appointments were usually made in mornings and not in evenings (if that were the case, why were evening slots even offered on the website?) I told her that it would be 8 hours since I had my last meal and that my wife hadn't anything eaten anything since the night before. She didn't listen to any of these details and insisted on rescheduling our appointments to the next morning. In the end, I just felt that the conversation was rude and unprofessional."
"Wait times as a walk-in are about what you'd expect, anywhere from 1:30 to 2 hours. **Make an appointment ahead of time if you can.** During my visit there was only one staff member on, but she was absolutely amazing. NP Meyer would check on patients in the waiting area between exams, kept us informed on the long wait times and apologized for them, had a good patient in-and-out time and in my case stayed late to address what I had thought was an inner ear infection, offered to call someone to help me drive home, and was incredibly considerate of just how dizzy I was the entire time, even showing me exactly where to find some medication that would help with my symptoms. Would give a sixth star if I could. Only complaint, not even worth removing a star for, was that the cellular signal in the area is locked to 'emergency calls only' and there's no wifi available. If I hadn't reached out to a family member to help me drive home earlier, I wouldn't have been able to."
