"I followed my doctor here because I love his bedside manner and he LISTENS, but the receptionists are SO rude, lack any type pf urgency and they are not professional at all. I asked a question per another doctor as the documents they provided were “unclear” and the receptionist seemed so put off by it, as if I was the one causing her an inconvenience after having to call 4x to follow up."
"I am thrilled that I made the decision to switch providers and start seeing Dr. Ryan Maringola at Pro Health Cheshire. He is incredibly meticulous, professional, and dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have. The office staff was also very kind and friendly. My only suggestion is to update the patient portal system, preferably with MyChart or a comparable platform. Other than that, everything was perfect."
"Ryan is the best doc (p.a.) I've ever seen in all my 65 years. He's super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Plus he listens, REALLY LISTENS. And the office is clean, comfortable, and relaxed."
"I am fairly new to this Doctors office. As my honest option the receptionist are rude and ignore you when you arrive for your appointments. If you need to get ahold of someone by phone to schedule or cancel an appointment you will wait 30mins to an hour on hold for someone to pick up. They aren't very attentive to your needs or concerns. Its very discouraging to think this office will have your best interest at heart. Going to the Doctors in general has become more routine and concerns are taken lightly. Times have changed!"
"I have been going to this office about 2 to 3 times a year for a few years now. Joann Priolo was (retired) and Kelly (maternity leave) were informed, patient, professional, and compassionate. There was also a very friendly nurse whom I have not seen recently - not sure if she is there anymore. The receptionists are also kind. Before that I really hadn’t gone to a regular primary care doctor since I was a teen. In fact, most of the doctors that have known me throughout my life (childhood doctor, dentist, gynecologist etc.) have all retired sadly. It is nice to have doctors who have known you most of your life, your character, history etc. As far as the office in general, a few appointments were canceled due to the medical provider calling out and another time because they didn’t have the topical treatment that I was scheduled to come in for which they didn’t let me know until an hour before the appointment! Things happen but if the tables were turned, not sure that I wouldn’t be charged. The 2 medical professionals that I have seen one time each when Joann and Kelly weren’t there, acted with an arrogant and condescending manner. This is the last thing you would expect from a health care professional - instead of working on learning about me personally, caring why I was feeling the way I was, there was a clear “protocol” which apparently required mostly looking at their laptop and typing. It seemed as though she hadn’t taken the time to read the notes beforehand, instead she read them to me and then asked me the same questions over. She wasn’t knowledgeable of medications or at least the one that I had started, it’s side affects, or interested in me as a person. I was feeling crummy, frustrated and uncomfortable (I try to avoid going to the doctors if I can help it!) and left the office feeling dismissed on top of it all. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this practice. When most people go to the doctor it is because they are not at their best. Sadly, there was little to no compassion. :("
