"Before Bob arrived, I had my washer walls and doors removed, making it very simple for him to see the insides and diagnose the problem. Upon first sight of my washer (he didn't even touch it!), he said, "Oh, I didn't know it was THIS machine". He proceeded to tell me I need a new washer because it will take a half day and over $300 to fix. But "business is business" and he insisted on banging me for $75 for his "service call". I am beyond furious and feel completely ripped off, being that he wasn't in my house more than 5 mins and he didn't even touch my machine."
