Example: I needed a new control panel for my range and mine was discontinued. They had mine refurbished and now works great! I would’ve had to toss the range and buy new."

Called them to have my discharge pump changed .. gave me a price for more than what a new unit would cost and still had to come back another day after I told them what model I had. Also they replaced this same piece 6 months prior that I was willing to pay again for. I would not recommend these people. Their only out to make their $100 service call. Run run run. I recommend high end appliances in ronkonkoma. Fast, reliable , and trustworthy."

"We called JS Appliance regarding problems we were having with our old Kitchen Aid microwave/oven combo. My husband called and they gave us an appointment the same day. The technician called and gave us a time frame as to when he would be coming. He also called us when he was on his way. The technician, Bruce, was excellent with a wonderful personality. It was obvious that he had a great deal of experience and he was able to pinpoint the problem quickly. He explained that he had to order some relays for the control panel and he showed us where 4 of the relays had burned out. He gave us the option of paying half now and the other half when the job was completed (which was greatly appreciated since my husband and I are retired). I found the price for repair was very reasonable. They are also based in Miller Place and we prefer to use local companies. I would highly recommend JS Appliance to anyone who is need of appliance repair."
