"Went to Agustin to have him assist my wife in a hit an run accident that she was a victim of back in October of 2019. Agustin met with both of us, and sweet talked us for about an hour about the options we had available to us etc., and we told him we would like to proceed with a lawsuit. He told us that he would file/prepare everything and told us he would stay in touch with us about our case and keep us updated regularly. However, that meeting was the last time any of us have ever heard from him. In the months that followed, my wife and I both sent him numerous follow up emails, and left messages at the office to which we never got a single response to. Of course now it is too late to do anything in regards to our case (or there lack of). We find it extremely unprofessional and highly unethical for Attorney Agustin to not respond to any of our inquiries or have any correspondence with us about our case following our initial meeting. I can't speak for the other attorneys at this firm, but I would steer clear of Attorney Agustin."
