"Pat rocks !"
"Very unprofessional. Pat was not ready at all for our appointment. We had to return another time. When we did return (because I gave her the benefit of the doubt) none of her equipment was in working order. She did our taxes and over charged us (big time). I called her for two months trying to get our copies and she never answers the phone. She needs her license taken away!"
"Extrememly unprofessional. My wife and I had Pat do our returns for 2013. I explained to her that I had a partnership dealing in real estate rentals and asked her if she was familiar with filing K-1's. She said yes. Long story short, she has no idea what she is doing. She never passed the income from the K-1 to my personal 1040. My wife work have the year in Connecticut and the rest in NYC. She screwed up her filing as well. We ended up paying more than what we were told, which is fine because I understand we cant do anything about taxes owed but we were also assessed a penalty because of her lack of experience. Needless to say, we hired an actual accountant for 2014 and brought to light the 2013 K-1 mistake. When we called Pat to get copies of the K-1 and depreciation schedule we were meet with anger and unprofessionalism. She had the audacity to demand $30 for the copies. We paid a $150 penalty for her mistake and paid her to get the K-1 filed which was never done. She yelled and cursed at my wife saying "You should have checked the return and not have trusted me." I mean you bring your tax's to someone that advertises herself as a tax professional and she has no idea how to file a k-1. Mind you as this yelling to being directed at my wife, she had another client sitting their. My wife apologized to HER client and walked out. Be wary of bringing you tax's to her. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."
