Massage Envy

"I have to update this review. While the therapist and front desk are great, their scheduling, policies and therapist shortages are a real problem. I paid for the monthly massage program and ended up having credits because I couldn’t make it in a couple months. I scheduled an appointment online and received a call stating that the therapist I was originally with won’t be in so they changed my therapist (this has happened 3 times). I did book with a different therapist but I couldn’t use my credits because they expired about a week ago. Wanted to make sure that my December appointment was going to be paid with credits but the front desk said no, they already expired. Mind you, it was made in December because they had no availability with this specific therapist before credits expired. Like I stated, great therapist but awful policies. ——————————————————————- It’s a challenge to find the right therapist that fits you and your massage therapy needs but Arthur is not just an awesome massage therapist he’s also very knowledgeable. I have a spinal cord injury and he was willing to work with me. I’m very happy that I found Arthur here at Massage Envy."

"Massage Envy is currently very difficult to book appointments. I have been trying for months to schedule something and they have continuously been a month plus out. In the meantime my massage credits continue to build up. Apparently one needs to overbook and reserve appointments over a month plus in advance and just cancel if schedules do not align; a longer time frame than their credits develop. Messages were not returned on this concern and when called to try and schedule they can only offer one or two appointments within the upcoming month that do not appear on their scheduling app and say that it is your problem that your schedule does not align. It is sad, because until recently I have had positive experiences and good massages. The only massages I have been able to schedule have been when I am able to coordinate with other commitments in locations in parts of the state. Why is it that other locations seem to be able to accommodate their cliental and do not seem to have the same ‘app issues’. If it weren’t for prior good service, I would have only given one star."
