"I feel better after my appointment. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive, and accommodating with scheduling conflicts between the Oxford offices. I’ve had several semi- emergencies lately. The doctors have all been thorough and compassionate. I feel safe with this office, and I’d recommend others do the same especially given the limited insurance options many people face in finding reliable primary care."

"I became a patient of Dr Marks a few months ago and have seen him twice. The staff has been professional, polite, and friendly each time. Dr Marks has a great bedside manner and is patient; allows you to ask questions and takes time to answer them. He is thorough. Yesterday, I called in the midst of a mini mental breakdown after a long day in the ER with my Dad who has serious medical conditions. Karen assisted me on the phone, was patient dealing with me through my crying, got immediate answers for me instead of calling me back later in the day. An appointment was made for next week (due to my schedule) and she told me to call to talk before then if I needed someone to talk to. I really appreciate her compassion and empathy. "Not a regular patient of this office but my usual didn't have any openings and I really needed to see a doctor. Front office staff were very rude and barely acknowledged my existence when I was waiting in the front window for a good 5 mins as they were all talking amongst each other. Once I saw the nurse, she was friendly, no problem. Then some guy who had a face mask walks in, I think possibly a training physician's assistant. I felt like he knew nothing about what he was doing. Couldn't get the tool to looking in ears to work, he jabbed it into my ear 3 times on top of me already having an earache. At the end of it he had to Google what over the counter stuff would work for me, on top of a prescription for ear drops I confirmed with him 2 times to make sure he was calling it into the right place. The main doctor finally comes in to confirm his findings, barely a firm hand shake, telling me there's nothing they can do for me but if I don't feel better by Monday to call back. I go to pick up my prescription at my pharmacy.. they have nothing in my name. The office is closed on Saturdays so I called the on call physician who said there's nothing she could do for me because I am not a regular patient at their office. So now I'm stuck with my ear infection with no real answer with what else is wrong with me because of how unprofessional this location was and I am not wasting my time calling back Monday when they open again."
