I messaged the seller but I am impatient so I went to Home Depot (That is after another hardware store told me that it was impossible to hang, without first hanging plywood to attach it to) Ariel M from the hardware department took that as a challenge and told me to give him a couple of minutes to try and figure it out. A couple of minutes later he came back to me with a solution and helped me find everything that I needed. His idea worked great! He is the definition of great customer service."

It was only when I was already on the highway that I realized my mistake. Panic set in as I desperately needed my tablet for work and personal use. Without hesitation, I quickly turned around and rushed back to the store. Upon my arrival, I immediately began searching the parking lot in hopes of finding my lost tablet. Although I couldn't locate it outside, I decided to approach the customer service desk for assistance. To my relief, the staff at the customer service desk, led by Gary, was not only empathetic but also genuinely happy to assist me. They listened attentively to my situation and assured me that they would do everything they could to help. I was impressed by their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. After a few moments, Gary returned with my tablet in hand. I was overjoyed! He explained that he had discovered my tablet and promptly brought it to the lost and found. His attentiveness and quick action were truly commendable. I cannot express enough gratitude to Gary and the entire Home Depot staff for their exceptional level of service and integrity. Their prompt action and genuine care for their customers truly set them apart. It's heartwarming to know that there are individuals like Gary, going out of their way to ensure a positive experience. "Haven't been to home Depot in a while, was reminded why. Waited 30 minutes to be helped. Went and tracked down some employees to ask them to send someone to the flooring department. Their response was well go to customer service and ask them. Why do I have to beg to spend money??? Will never go back. Tracking down help is impossible and when you do, they are no help at all. Google doesn't allow 0 stars so I gave them 1"

The gardening section was clean and still had trees so chose from for the last minute shoppers, the Christmas isle also had plenty of decorations available."
