They used some steam and compressed air, and ...voila' the pillowcase looks new. I asked what I owed them, and they said...nothing. Very nice, professional and they got themselves a new customer!"

"Brought a pair of navy women's pants to be cleaned. When I went to wear them I noticed a grayish area on the thigh. I brought them back and the woman tried to tell me that it was because I was rubbing the front of one pant leg and not because they weren't clean. I asked her to please try and clean them again because they look dirty and she said she would, but that she would charge me! Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Dissatisfied and I won't be returning."
