"Crescent Cleaners is hands down the best dry cleaner I’ve been to. I’ve been taking clothes there since we moved from the city almost a year ago, and not only do they do a superb job every time, but their customer service is unparalleled. Everyone goes the extra mile whenever I come in, including helping me get clothes to and from the car whenever my toddler is with me and I definitely need the extra hands. The owner is great and has personally helped me to the car on more than one occasion. I’ve brought heavily stained items, designer pieces, and fragile clothes, and they always come back to me looking better than ever for a very competitive price. Just last week I brought in my grandfather’s Burberry rain jacket; it had gotten some odd stains on it during our move. It’s the only remaining item I have of my grandfather’s, and I was so afraid of such a sentimental piece being ruined in the cleaning process that I delayed bringing it in for far too long. I explained the situation, and the way they carefully inspected the coat with the utmost care demonstrated how thoughtful and trustworthy they are. I picked it up today and it looks absolutely pristine. 10/10 recommend."

"Do not dry clean your nice wool jacket there!!! First time try. I should’ve just give them one jacket….all my jackets came back with strong chemical smell! Now I have to find another dry cleaner to remove that smell. Horrible. I really regret my decision."
